Our base price for a package delivery is (20.00USD) for a car (30.00USD) for a van.
The best way to get a quote is to "click" to the maps and miles link.
Next, multiply mileage X $1.10 for a car or X $1.35 for a van. If it is less than (20.00USD) you will be charged (20.00USD).
Wait time starts after 15 minutes with a charge (10.00USD) for each 15 minutes or portion of a 15 minute block. If a driver has to wait 20 minutes the added charge would be (10.00USD) for the 5 minutes over 15 minutes.
There is an overtime charge of (15.00USD) for the first 100 miles plus ($.10) a mile over 100 miles. This added charge starts at 4PM (1600hrs) daily and ends at 7AM the next weekday.
Weekend overtime charge is (20.00USD) on all runs up to 100 miles plus ($.20) a mile over 100 miles. This added charge starts at 6PM (1800hrs) Friday and ends at 7AM Monday.
Round trip pricing is delivery "cost" plus 50%.
There is a "DEADHEAD" charge of (1.10USD) a mile after the first 20 miles.
HOLIDAY overtime charge is (30.00USD) on all runs plus ($.40) a mile. This added charge starts at 6PM (1800hrs) the night before a holiday and ends at 6AM the morning after.
